Global Sales Director

Created in 2014, Xperts Council is a Paris headquartered company, which connects highly qualified operational experts with prestigious clients such as investment funds and strategy consultancies (Ardian, Advent, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Kearney, …), for sectoral consultations, senior advisers projects and Board Membership recruitment.
The company is supported by highly motivated private investors and is currently growing at a steady pace. It has very well resisted to the COVID-19 crisis. 40% of our business is already generated outside France. We have a commercial branch in London and have set up our Operations Centre in Porto, where our consultants deliver the projects sent by our clients.

Become the Preferred Partner of selected clients by providing ad-hoc searches of experts, enabling game-changing decisions, and multiply by 10 our business in 4 years’ time.

Scale our Operations Team in Porto, whiling keeping our high-level delivery,
Develop steadily our sales by leveraging the potential of our existing clients, and acquiring new ones, especially in Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Corporates,
Consolidate our presence in the UK.

As a member of Xperts Council Management team, with direct report to the CEO, your role will be to:
Define the Company Sales Strategy – with a specific focus on the UK – and plans for 2021 and the years to come,
Progressively structure a team of commercial managers, who will nurture the existing client base and acquire new clients in the current segments, as well as in new ones (Hedge Funds, Corporate)
Manage the customer relationship at a high level (MD/Partners, Heads of Research, …),
Cooperate hand to hand with our COO to manage the client relationship.

10 years experienced Sales Professional.
She or he must have an undisputable experience in selling in a competitive environment and be able to create opportunities by leveraging the company’s assets. She or he must have a personal strong direct or indirect network in our target companies especially PE and Hedge Funds.
He needs to have a first significant managerial experience.
Autonomy, team spirit and communication skills are also key in our multisite/multiculture company.
