Context
We recently collaborated with a European Distribution System Operator (DSO) to help define its long-term strategy in the gas and electricity sectors. Our mandate was to assist the client in conducting an in-depth benchmarking analysis of European DSOs regarding their investments in non-regulated activities that support the green transition.
Proposal
We proposed that our client meet with around twenty former leaders from the energy sector. Each of these experts possessed significant experience in various aspects of renewable energy (legal, environmental, economic, etc.). Over the course of three days, our client was able to conduct three interviews with experts offering complementary perspectives on this specific market.
