Experts registering with us are required to provide personal information, including title of respect, name, phone number, email address, timezone, as well as detailed information in respect of their professional background and employment history. If you are engaged in a consultation, we will also require your payment details to be able to effect payment to you for the consultation.

Clients

When a client wishes to enquire or register with us, we will collect their contact details (e.g. title of respect, name, phone number, email address, position, timezone).

Xperts Council uses your information in order to identify consultations which may be within your field of expertise and of interest to you, to offer you to participate to the adequate consultations, to facilitate and process your participation in current and potential projects and organize consultations.

We may share your information with Clients who may wish to consult with you. This may include biographical information. Our Clients are deemed to keep your name confidential

We may disclose some of your professional information to prospective Clients to demonstrate the quality and coverage of our network but keep your name/email/phone number/anonymous.

You may elect to opt-out of our services at any time by providing us with written or electronic notice. Upon receipt of such notice, we will cease contacting you and sharing information concerning you. Please note that if you withdraw your consent, we will be unable to provide you with our services.
