Context
A client was conducting due diligence on a target asset specializing in corrugated cardboard in North Africa and needed to assess the operational and technical feasibility of the project.
We had less than 24 hours to understand his sector and look for contacts we had in the region. Particularly technical, this mission required the unfailing support of our knowledge team to analyze all the possibilities we had to offer our client.
Proposal
With 20 years of experience in France and Spain, the senior advisor presented was a former operations manager in a major packaging player. He was also a member of the executive committee of a large international paper group, and had conducted technical feasibility studies related to the construction of several corrugated cardboard factories.
Results

The operational strategy developed by the senior advisor has enabled a major transformation of the company, particularly in terms of the production and management of packaging waste.
