One of our clients was conducting a due diligence on a target asset that specialised in corrugated cardboard in North Africa and needed to assess the operational and technical feasibility of the project.
We had less than 24 hours to understand his sector and to look for contacts we had in the region. This was a particularly technical assignment that required the full support of our knowledge team to analyse all the possibilities we had to offer our client.

With 20 years’ experience in France and Spain, the senior advisor put forth was a veteran head of operations at a major player in the packaging sector. He was also a member of the executive committee of a large international paper products group, and he conducted the technical feasibility structures connected with the construction of several corrugated cardboard factories.
